Well, people always seem to look at me when im out and about. Many times girls will meet eyes with me and we will lock until we pass. Now I feel Im not in a position to date or have a relationship so I dont say anything or make moves. Now when we lock eyes and she smiles at me it really brightens my day. I dont care if she smiles to every guy she passes. (which women dont) On the other side though most of the time they DONT smile. They just stare at my eyes with no smile.... its not attractive even if they are hot. So in my opinion, I believe that you should smile. You dont have to walk around with a stupid grin on your face that just stinks of psycho. But you know what I mean... when a woman smiles their energy can really brighten anyones day.
