 Shoot the Victim
The moment you play victim.........you're screwed.
You can't be a victim.......ever. Why?...........because it means you give up control and when you give up control you're denying you were ever in control.
So when things go screwy in your life, you have to say "well, I've created this mess, so now I've got to fix it" as soon as you accept you've created it, some of the burden is lifted, because now your thoughts can focus on how you want the situation to be, instead of how the situation seems to be.
We get ourselves into all sorts of interesting and challenging situations and some of them seem so overwhelming it's easy to look somewhere else to place the blame, but it never works, because all the time we waste feeling like a victim and blaming something or someone else we could be using that time to focus on solutions.
Don't play victim, it usually makes things worse and it sucks up valuable creation time.
