Adding my 0.02 to the mix.

I remember using EFT to work on various anxieties and "issues." It really worked, and it was weird how easy it was to not notice how well it worked.

I remember that EFT site saying that people don't notice how they get better, and if it's important to "prove" its effectiveness to yourself, you should write down how much your issue is bothering you before you do the treatment. i.e. on a scale of 1 to 10. Then after doing the treatment, write down how much the issue is bothering you.

Personally, I found that a bunch of anxieties dropped from a 7 or 8 down to a 2 or 3, and yet if I hadn't recorded my earlier rating, I would have felt that "it's obvious or natural" to have not have those things bother me anymore.

It's fun to see EFT mentioned again... Perhaps I should dust it off and try it for a few new items in my life...
