Hi all,

I'm very shy and I have managed to get to the point where I can start a conversation with workmates, but I find it frustrating that I cannot really create a connection with them. What I mean is I'm looking for friends and they never seem to be interested.

For instance there's a girl who I used to work with. Another guy she worked with who looks very similar to me is more outgoing and they are now good friends.

I'm looking for subliminal preferably mp3's that can assist me in this area of my life. Also if they can help with my self esteem and personal magnestism.
