You probably need to go to bed earlier if you want to consistently get up at that time.

Sleep requirements are different with everyone... but most people need 6-8.

just keep setting your alarm for that hour and your body will tell you when/if you need to go to bed earlier. Keep an eye on your productivity, clarity of mind, general fatigue, etc.
