Default My sleep schedule

Lately I've noticed my 'perfect' wake-up time is around 5:00AM to 5:30AM. In this time interval, I wake up easily, and I don't feel groggy or sleepy at those times. The only thing keeping me in bed is the thought "Hmm maybe it's a bit too early", but tomorrow I think I'll get up right away.

The thing is that with this waking-up time, I don't get a lot of sleep at all. I usually go to bed around midnight, or later. Is it healthy to wake up that early, and to sleep aproximately 5 to 4 hours a day?
