Before my work shift, I performed about six total sets of the standard EFT routine (no modifications) within a two day period. My work shift was very busy, much more than usual. Now, I am really at awe because I wasn't stressing out like I used to! I'm tripping out that such a simple technique that defies logic actually works! Man, it's so sweet to experiment w/ new things and to come across something that actually works; I feel as if I struck gold. But I should point out that I threw in EFT on top of NLP visualization techniques and deep breathing that I was already utilizing to cope with work stress. NLP and breathing did help to some degree; after throwing EFT into the equation, it seemed that all three meshed well together for effective results.
