If a site merely does not appeal to me I usually do not give it a thumbs down. If I load a site that is heavily in to graphics such as flash and takes a long time to load I may give it a thumbs down. If a site is a porn site I may give it a thumbs down as I do with hate sites. I do this to remove sites I do not like from the pages stumble upon presents to me for my viewing experience.
I have not given a thumbs down to any site a member in this forum has asked the group to review.
