I have pages upon pages of her writing. As mentioned above, stuff I would never think to write about, and not in a way that I would write.
With two small children constantly at my ankles, I don't have a moment to myself for the most part these days. Hopefully, I can get back into it eventually once I'm guaranteed at least an hour quiet time. |
This is intersting becase Sophia is the name of a godess within the Gnostic Christian Theology. Sophia is an aeaon who happens to be the lowest expression of God, but also the highest expression of man. In other words she is the connecting point between God and Man. She is a figure head not only of cosmology, but also that of mans connection to the universe. It could be said that She is the central being that keeps everything in motion. In Judaism she is refered to as the "Glory of God."
Sophia: Goddess of Wisdom & God's Bride
Perhaps this is the purpose of automatic writing, the same purpose as praying, or meditating, etc. To associate the highest part of ourselves with an aspect of God. Or in non-spirtual terms, to seek the deeper parts of our subconcious and find true meaning and wisdom.
