There's been a lot of research lately regarding the onset of depression as a functoin of nutritional defitiencies.

In recent years, fish oil has shown as much promise as some of the commercial anti-depressants in relieving symtpoms. Taking a fish oil suppliment has other benefits besides emotional stability, so it's definitely worth considering.
