For me it was dealing with set-backs and motivational issues over the medium and long term...
I could not have done what I did (start a successful recruitment business) if it wasn't for my business partner.
I would recommend to anyone who wants to be an entrepreneur to find a good business partner who they trust who's skills compliment their own.
