This means anyone working at a job and having a part time business on the side (like a blog), or people who work form home, or people who might be running a business for years now etc.

I think I would fit that.
I don't think lack of capital should be a problem for many businesses as long as you have money to live off of.
Not knowing what to do seems like a problem, but everything can be learned.
I'd say my biggest problem is balancing my projects with my personal life; I got in a huge fight with my fiancee over this and we seem to fight about it often. Another big problem is not focusing on the things that are going to matter and instead working on nonurgent, nonimpactful tasks that have very little lasting value. This is partly a discipline problem, but it also requires that you be completely honest about what is and isn't going to help you in the long term.
And of course, it would be great to stop everything else and work on my ideas 100%, but that's probably not going to happen. I think I would have to see some level of success before making that leap. I wish I could answer your question better, but foresee ever hiring a consultant.
