I feel a much greater sense of gratitude when i watch stories of incredible hardship and personal strength.

Just look at this story.

I have watched this clip a dozen times and every time i feel 2 things

a) dumbstruck by the incredible strength of that father and son
b) enormously grateful for the health that I enjoy.

Sometimes I get caught up in the "rat race"... concentrating too hard on trying to get from A to B and then I see something like this and it makes me realise how selfish I am.
