Just contemplating on what I have done in last 2 weeks..before beginning of MISSION I-M-POSSIBLE 3..
My accomplishments in last 15 days:
Physical level:
Running: started with 4 kms and now 10 Kms
Yoga : Started with 1 hr. and now 2 hrs. with 1 hr. yogasane, 1 hr. pranayama
Diet : Balanced diet nowadays.. really visible health difference after that
Learned acupressure,reflexology from video tutorials, books .. proved helpful
Mental level:
(1) Memory record (personal) :
1.Remembered Multiplication table (2 .. 99) in 4 days.. so can do any 2 digit numbers multiplication in 3 or 4 seconds
2.Remembered all encyclopedia of creativity techniques on
Main Page - Mycoted : Total 184 creativity techniques..
used memory techniques like mnemonics, link technique, Peg Technique, roman room technique etc... to remember
(2) Vedic mathematics : Read book by His highness Jagadguru Swami Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja and remembered all sutras and their corollaries
So I can do any kind of calculation with in 1/3rd of the time previously required.
(3)Books read:
1.The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho .. I love this fable..
2.THINK AND GROW RICH ... "GOD FATHER" OF ALL SELF HELP BOOKS
3.7 Spiritual laws of success by Deepak Chopra ... New approach and insightful .. I will experienment with those laws and test them..

1.Meditated daily for 40 min. (20 min. morning and evening each)
Made meditation timetable for that ...
2.Compared Bible and Gita... Jesus and Krishna...I am from hinduism. They share some very interesting characteristics and teachings..Both were born in the tyranny of cruel king, both were shepherd..etc. many of bible sentences are exact copy of sentences in Gita....anyway.. After all religions are paths to reach same God
Study:
(1) Wrote 130 C# programs.. (programming practice)
(2) Read Algorithms and data structure by Sahni, Horowitz..
(3) Completed w3shool tutorials on HTML, DHTML XML, Jscript, ASP
Other:
1) Completed German course - Deutsche Welle - Level -1
2)Used visualization techniques and wrote results in my journal.
Overall result is I HAVE GOT INCREDIBLE SUCCESS IN MY MISSIONS
I will repeat same success in remaining 4 missions.
