Ok, I'm starting this a bit late, but I guess it's better than never.
- Wake up at 5am every day. (I'm staying up all night tonight so I can reset my sleep pattern)
- Avoid all red meat.
- Meditate twice a day for 20 minutes (morning and evening)
- Exercise 7 days a week. Running Mon., Wed., and Fri. Strength training on Tues., Thurs., and Sat. And walking on Sunday so I can get some recovery time in.
- Work on my posture constantly.
- Read one hour a day.
- Write at least a page a day.
- Bid on a project on rentacoder.com every day.
- Avoid soda, caffeine, and junk foods.
- Contribute at least an hour of work per week to an open source project.
- Play guitar daily.
- Work on my online class every day.
- Stop biting my nails.
I'm trying to go from waking up at 2pm, eating mostly meats and starches, sitting around, and exercising maybe once every two weeks to this. Gonna be fun.
