#1... they like the pages that you have given a thumbs up. It has nothing to do with your actual website (ie blog), at least usually, it's about the pages that you have given a thumbs up.
#2... I haven't found one, and would love to have one. Anything I've seen that shows "ratings" from StumbleUpon, however, shows the number of reviews, not the number of thumbs up... which is really by far the more interesting number to me.
