Hi everybody,
I joined the Forum today and I wanted to take the opportunity to reply to this post about wasted time.
Our life is a School and every action we take is an experience in the sense that we can learn something from it and use the lesson in our future experiences if we want to take full advantage of our life.
One way to go over wasted time is sit down, relax and see backward what we have done during that "wasted time". When we remember one past action we can ask ourself whether we chose that action or not. And if we did choose it why? If we did not choose it then who did and why did we accept another person's choice instead of our own?
By doing so we can learn how we could spend time wisely by choosing what we really want to do.
Any way it helps us to bless every experience we had and ask what lesson we can draw from it. The answer to any personal question comes from within and when we get it (it is usually the first thought, impression, feeling or image we get after asking the question and listening/watching internally), we give thanks and move on.
A good way to avoid wasting time in general is to have a project to work on with a step-by-step plan we follow day after day, not allowing others to disturb us unless their actions are part of the daily plan! Somebody said that “
when you fail to plan you plan to fail” and I think the person is quite right!
Thanks again for allowing me to express myself on this uplifting Forum!
To our common growth ,
