IN the begining of the day I had decided to complete day's goals no matter what.
My affirmation was "No matter how bad it is I am going to make it happen. No matter what I am going to complete 30 days challenge successfully."
Completed goals of the day : Physical level:
1. Running: 10 kilometers
2. Yoga : 2 hrs.
3. Diet: Raw vegetables and fruits for breakfast and drank 1 liter milk .
Mental level:
1)Multiplication table - 1 to 30 in 1.30 hr.
