I personally think that having too much confidence is a negative trait, because its kind of showing the oposite... what NotesMaeve says is the tip of a rather profound thing, i think, taking care of onelsef is not just dressing well or eating well or reading good things, its a more internal thing, an attitude, its actually beign healthy from the inside out, and when this comes naturally its very attractive not just to women.
