I think using Clickbank is a great way to get your book out on the internet. You will need an account, which costs about $50 for publishers. Then you can list your product and internet marketers can pick it up and promote it for you, making a percentage on each sale. You want to be generous in the percentage you offer to make it worth their while. This can generate passive income for you.
Of course you can promote it too (and it sounds like you got a nice return on your advertising). This can take effort and/or money though.
