Try EFT on it!
First time I tried EFT, it was on insomnia. For me it was stress from overwork, but one 2 minute round of EFT and the next thing I knew the alarm was going off. I agree, if your days aren't challenging , getting yourself physically exhausted is good, but try EFT when you're in bed. If I coud do it first time, so can you.
