There are people (in peer-revied journals) who can read facial and bodylanguage to detect lies with the precision of a lie detector.
You don't need paranormal effects as explanation for successful lie detection, so you can't get Randi's million for performing that effect.
As long as their is a possible non-paranormal explanation you don't get Randi's million.

That argument is very weak, especially considering the amount of money that the US military invested in their Remote Viewing project over more than 50 years.
Unfortunatly the world is a bit more complicated then simply having a single authority that you can trust for the effectiveness of a given technique.
If you are really interested in using the lack of such training as an argument you have to dig up a study that showed that the skill is useless.
