Think of your time like trading in the stock market. Buying and selling stocks teaches you how to be disciplined and to take emotions out of the equation. You should try to take out all emotional feelings about how you spent the days that don't exist anymore (you bought Enron at $100 per share). Only look at your life from this very minute. What if you had just been on drugs the last 10 years and didn't do anything? Do you just throw your hands up and say, "damn I wasted all the time"? Or do you start over and make the best of today?
