I am not now vegetarian, but I believe what you're saying is true. I did a reading for someone this weekend, and I could "feel" her deceased husband trying to get through. I'm not a medium, and have never had an experience like that before, but I knew I wasn't able to raise my energy level enough to connect with him. I believe if I was vegetarian/vegan, I would eventually be able to do that - but I'm not ready! I'm taking things by baby steps - at some point, it will be time.
I can sense the difference in energy of those who are vegetarian - I used to do a little trick at some of the catering events I worked for, and guess which people at the table were vegetarian. (There usually weren't many!) There was one lady, who when I asked her tablemate if he wanted the vegetarian entree, asked "Do you think I'm vegetarian?" I answered honestly - I think you want to be vegetarian, but you're not there yet. That was exactly where she was! I think I could "pick up" on those different energy levels.
Does this mean I owe a big "thank you" to those who are vegetarian or vegan, for holding that higher consciousness? If so -
