I'm the exact opposite. My energy levels are greater when i go to sleep later and wake up at around 11:30am.
Normally i sleep for 7 hours, going to sleep at around 4:30am and waking up at 11:30 am. On the other hand, if i go to bed at around 11pm and wake up at 6am i'll be groggy for the entire day. I don't know what goes on with me, but for now i gave up trying to wake up early and i keep this schedule of waking up at 11:30 am, and going to sleep at 4:30am (i'm productive for the entire day this way, even after 3am... i only start getting groggy and ready to sleep after 4am)
