I'm still trying to decide if repeated viewings of number combinations happen because of an outside force or because you assign a meaning to them and therefore notice them more easily. In a subjective reality, it could easily be a little of both.
In the end, it really only matters what we make of it. Someone might see the same number everywhere but not be superstitious and believe it to be meaningless, doing nothing. Others might put enormous meaning into the numbers and use them as intuitive signs to find a possible purpose and act on it. In the spirit of personal development, we should follow that which is the empowering belief, which may be following your (possibly imaginary) signs/synchronocities. Whichever you can do and whatever works for you, really.
Still, after all that, I don't understand why I keep seeing 9:11 and 4:20 on clocks all the time. These numbers culturally mean something but why? WHY
