Hi,

Been trying to find some good articles on "how to find a mentor". I did find some articles that focussed on where to look for mentors, but what I am really interested in is in the "art of building a relationship with a mentor".

Being at University, I have had a chance to work with a few lecturers, but when working on a project (which is more personal, than course related), they tend to back out after maybe a session of advice at the most..any links, ideas, suggestions?
