Relax. Take a longer time perspective... maybe you had three hyper productive days and then one day off. So? You didn't waste a day, you just crammed four days worth of stuff into three, but your body still recognized that a fourth day was needed, and took it.

No big deal. In fact, try to waste another one. Your body will tell you, "I've just done zero days work over the course of 2 days... I need to catch up!"

Everyone's got their own clock. You can't get too far ahead, nor can you get too far behind. Let it happen.

And take a page from Peter Gibbons from Office Space, who describes his completely wasted weekend this way: "I did absolutely nothing, and it was everything I expected it to be."
