Suggestions for meals: How about food?

Fruit, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, grains. Just eat them plain; they are delicious without anything on them.

That said, Dr. John McDougall, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and Dr. Neal Barnard have plenty of enjoyable vegan recipes and meal ideas.
