You could mix ground flaxseed with olive oil. That tastes pretty good with beans(beans+flaxseed+olive oil).
To prepare it, throw some cooked beans into a cup(I use pinto, great northern, and red kidey beans, and I think black beans taste bad). Then put lots and lots of flaxseed into the cup(at least several tablespoons) and stir it with a spoon. Then top it off with some more beans so that you have a mound of beans coming out of the cup. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil on the beans.
That's about all of the cooking I do(and I leave out the olive oil unless we're out of hazelnuts).
