I find that I am constantly capable of these sorts of contacts, whether asleep or awake...
I can hear of a stranger's relative's death from the stranger, and the relative will contact me and tell me what information to pass on.
This blog is very true though. The real moments are memorable, and the imaginary ones are forgotten.
One of the most useful skills I've learned is how to recognize when I'll remember something for a long time. It's a powerful skill, and I intend to eventually apply intentions to it so I can make myself remember things.
The most important thing I have to say is that the dead often truly wish to let their friends and relatives know what's going on, but cannot for some reason, and so they look for indirect ways.
Dreams, Mediums, and other possibilities exist, but as a medium, I find that I am surrounded by messages, the more I focus.
