5- outstanding (if going extra mile and applying new ideas or knowledge or have breakthru )
Quality of a day will be weighted mean of rating of all things i have done in a day.

1)Running: start from 8 kms and by the end of 5 days I will able to run 10 Kms.
Yoga: 1 to 2 hrs
Diet: Balanced diet
Sleep: 5.30 hrs
