Hi Erin, in which form do you think our higher self or spirit guides communicate with us in dreams?
I recently broke up with a boy friend, and was very angry at him, though i knew this wasnt the best way to handle the situation.
Then one night i had really intense dreams. They were not very clear, but the message that came through was strong: It is extremely important that i let go of the anger and that i forgive and find peace. I woke up feeling calm and at peace and since then take the anger thats left with a pinch of salt.
Would that have been my guides or my HS? Or does the fact that i cannot remember a face to face communication or similar and i just got a "general message" indicate that it was just a dream - important but no higher communication?
