If you're on The Warrior Diet, this is fine. But chances are, that you're not.
So, yeah. EAT THE ******** BREAKFAST.
After you had your sleep, your body is in a catabolic state (breaking down muscle), because it hasn't received food in the last 7+ hours. Something you don't want when you're trying to get into an optimal state for growth

Eat the veggies, fruit, and a buttload of other stuff.

My philosophy: If you're not gaining weight (muscle), you're not eating enough ;P
