I have circles under my eye. How dark are you talking about?

Mine can vary in darkness depending on how little or how much sleep I get, and are mostly some-what, or not noticeable. If you look like you have black eyes all the time, maybe you do need to change something. But if you just get them sometimes and they vary like mine... Well, It doesn't matter too much. It's like a defining mark, or a badge of courage!
