This time I am taking different approach to my 30 days trial which is starting from 3 september 07 and end at 2 october 07.
My 30 days challenge will consist of 6 missions each of 5 days with specific set of goals.I call them Mission I-M-POSSIBLE 1 TO 6..

This will be kind of The 'Quantum Leap' Approach where you tries to force intense activity by setting a goal that will need a 'quantum leap' in activity to achieve it.

I never compare myself to others as it is surest recipe for unhappiness . currently what is impossible for me may not be impossible for others.. I compare my previous level to my current level and judge wheather I am making progress or not.
so,
Objectives of MISSION I-M-POSSIBLE are :
1) To redefine word IMPOSSIBLE to IMPROBABLE and to POSSIBLE.
2) To do something that I thought Impossible to do for me.
3) To break my physical, mental, spiritual limitations without any injury.

My Mission I-M-POSSIBLE -1 is as follows:

MISSION NAME : I-M-POSSIBLE 1

MISSION DURATION: - 5 DAYS
START: 0600 HOURS ON 3/09/07
END : 0000 HOURS ON 7/09/07

MISSION GOALS:

I)PHYSICAL LEVEL:

i)Running: Run 8 Kms daily [current level : 4 Kms]
ii)Yoga : 1 hr. Yogasane(body postures) and 1 hr. Pranayam(Breathing Techniques) [current level : 1 hr total]
iii)Going to Gym for 1 hr. [current level: very irregular]
iv)No tea/coffee
v)sleep:5 hrs :: 2300 hrs to 1600 hrs
vi)Diet :Raw vegetables and fruits for breakfast. and normal lunch and dinner, Drink 2 glass of Milk everyday.

II)MENTAL LEVEL:

i) BOOKS TO READ:
1)The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey
2)The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
3)Read best of stevepavlina.com articles

ii) AUDIOS TO LISTEN:
1)THE ROGUE WARRIORS STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS: A Commando's Principles of Winning by Richard Marcinko (a Navy commando and creator of the legendary SEAL TEAM SIX)
2)Sybervision - Neuropsychology of Self-Discipline
3)Jack Canfield -The Success Principles

MAKE NOTES ON BOOKS AND AUDIOS AND WRITE ACTION STEPS TO TAKE IN DAILY JOURNAL...

iii)Vedic Mathematics basic 'sutras' and it's applications

iv)German Courses | Deutsche Welle - Level -1 completion

III)SPIRITUAL:

i) Daily meditate for 20 min.X 2 times (morning and evening)
ii)Read Bible, Bhagvad Gita and Quran (if available) and find common teaching of all religious books

IV) PROGRAMMING :
1)Write 30+ C# programs in 5 days
2)Read Inside C# by Tom Archer [CURRENT LEVEL: 1/3rd book completed]
3)Revise C,C++,Core JAVA
4)Complete W3SCHOOL HTML,DHTML,XML,JAVASCRIPT TUTORIALS

** complete all goals with 80/20 law **
** For mindset listen hypnosis audios by Mr.Paul Scheele before going to sleep and after awakening in the morning **
