In highschool I was too depressed and didn’t play volleyball at all. Now I found out that there’s a volleyball team in my school (a club) which is open to any and all girls. I know they’re not looking for the best players. If I do want to be a great player, I have to dedicate a few hours everyday in the summer. The thing is I’m not the great player I was in 8th grade. DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD TREAD ONTO PLAYING, WHICH IS MY DREAM????

if so, do you have any tips on how I should go about doing this? For example, what should i start eating, excercising??
IF you love it.. do it! If you want to get back quicker I would recommend adding in some conditioning aside from you volley ball practices. Pilates would help strengthen your whole body's connectivity and performance.
