Hmm... I've been trying to figure out what this challenge thing was all about. At first I thought it was just one person's thread that got put to sticky. So it's instead about each person listing off his or her 30 day challenge goals? I think that should be explicitly stated somewhere; maybe I'm just missing it.
My goals for September are:
- Cut out all grains (bread, pasta, rice) as part of the transition into a Paleolithic diet on my blog. I expect this to be quite difficult.
- Start going to the gym five days a week.
- Finish or at least make significant progress on my Facebook application.
- Check email and google adwords, adsense, and analytics only once a day.
