Andrew, you are right, there is a big difference between eating things from the Milk industry, Kraft, Hershey, etc. and not eating anything (fasting). One has people eating things that humans have never digested before until the past 60 years like maltodextrin, sucralose, food coloring, etc. and the other man has been doing for thousands of years. Fasting has been documented through the generations. Over 30 percent of America are obese and the rest of the World is catching up. I think I'll take my chances with fasting to teach me discipline. My Bible tells me fasting is a good thing and should be used to teach me discipline and love. I think I'll take my God's word over what billion dollar corporations tell me is safe.
