I am not certain what is causing the technical issue that you are experiencing. For example, it is not clear whether your Internet protocols or computer is somehow interfering with the download. But just to make sure that the link works correctly, I just now before writing this navigated to the site by clicking on the link to the exact same affirmation you displayed in your "error" image-shot ("RealityIsAnIllusion.") I clicked on the "Download File" words that appear on the left-side box (it reads: "Download File 8.13 mb"). The MP3 audio file downloaded no problem. Just to triple-check, I clicked on the downloaded file, and it is now playing on my computer with no problem, as I write these words.
Is it possible you are trying to click on a file, then right click it and going the route of "save as" or "save target as?" because I don't think that method will work. It should be as easy as just clicking on the user-friendly words that appear on the site "download file." You may wish to troubleshoot this by trying to listen to the audio first, by clicking on the "listen to MP3" words. Then, try downloading again after that, that might work.
I apologize that you cannot access this audio affirmation. I will try to e-mail you the file from my computer, if you want to message me an e-mail address to send it to. To maintain the confidentiality of your e-mail address, you could just send me a private message that recites your e-mail address, so that you do not have to broadcast your e-mail address to the world. I will maintain its confidentiality, so no worries there. I am not certain that a file 8.13 mb will successfully transfer via e-mail, but I am willing to try.
