Purists may scoff, but I've been using this for 6 years and my experience is that it is as close to magic as you can get - more benefits than any other form of personal growth I've ever done (that's a lot). I addressed this in another thread. Using binaurals is NOT meditation. Meditation is active, trance is passive. If something else is doing it for you, then you are not exercising your will, it's being done
to you, not
by you.
Binaurals are great and have value, as I said before, but they put you into
trance, not a
meditative state, no matter how similar it may
appear to be. Sorry.
