It's SUPER effective. Like mind bogglingly effective. Much more effective and fast acting than any hypnosis I've tried in the past. I don't put any music on just so I can listen to it while listening to say music on the radio, or the TV etc. It works well when you're not paying attention and also seems to affect your dreams when you're asleep. Last night I had it on while sleeping. I woke up and took off the headphones but I could still hear it clear as day repeating in my head which was weird. So I got up and started doing stuff still with the affirmations in my head and eventually realised I'm dreaming and the earphones are still on, haha.
I'll pop by in Merlin world sometime in the future to discuss further. You seem to be on the right page when it comes to productiveness and producing solid results, which I'm all about nowadays.

Thanks, Dave. Wow, I'll have to try your method of splitting the three pronouns up in the left-middle-right channels. Do you sync them together so they are perfectly on tempo with each other, or do the channels just go freely in and out of sync? I suspect the latter, but I'm curious. I'm glad your audio affirmations are working for you, too. Fantastic!
