I've read alot of positive things about fasting, a few negative things, contradictions and different opinions but the only way I would know would be to try it myself.
My last meal was about 45 hours ago and the hunger on the first day was quite intense. Today I felt I have only genuinely hungry on a couple of occasions which didn't last long. Today I had a medium sized cup of freshly juiced apple/watermelon/orange for 'lunch' but apart from that it has been water. I've especially realised how much needing to eat is mental and not physically required. My energy levels are normal and there has been no emotional type effects.
I didn't set out a date to finish, but I hope to try it for atleast 3-4 days and see how I feel after that.
