Yes: it's from Oceanfalls, British Columbia, and it is a point CALLED "Half Past". The originator of the website lives there (in Oceanfalls)...hence the "Oceanfalls.org" in the URL.

He's an interesting guy, and his story is on the website. The site was an experiment, of sorts, and also a refuge from when another website went down, the original "WhatReallyHappened?", which is nothing like the WRH that exists today.

Part of the "experiment" was to let anybody post anything without too much interferance. It was a philosophy a few abused, and it slowly smothered the site to the point that Opetero totally lost interest and abandoned it. It no longer challenged his thinking because people just got so low there was nothing to discuss. That's why I left the site, and essentially came here. I later returned to try and resume, but the disruptive members were too much resistance to intelligent exchange. I kept my account because most of my essays and spiritual~metaphysical stuff is there, and I wanted to transfer it to my own site...the sister-site, Halfpast.

When Pavlina forums announced it was shutting down, I asked for Administration rights to Halfway, and Opetero gladly gave them to me.

Ocean Falls is extremely beautiful, from the pictures he's posted on the site.

The bandwidth is not expensive and both Opetero and I have paid for it in perpetuity, essentially, so there are no dues or donations asked.
