That's part of it too, but win-win is a better choice. If you focus too heavily on serving others, you risk martyring yourself, which isn't sustainable. I've certainly had that problem from time to time.
As I mentioned in a blog post a while back, if you can't achieve win-win, it's usually better to disconnect and look for new win-win connections.
