He decided that he would place mesh screens across the streams at both the upper and lower boundaries of his property to make sure that he would have fish for his own use and that they would not move away to other areas.
But trout go upstream to spawn.
Thus, none could enter his stream because of his fences.
His decision to keep his fish fenced in resulted in fewer and fewer fish until he had none.
By deliberate act or by ignorance, selfishness fences us in so that we harm ourselves, and break a moral law of the universe, namely: "Give and it shall be given unto you."
perfect example,, personally I cannot bear selfish people, we were having a collection in work one day for someone leaving, I earn the same money as a woman I work with, I have a husband and 2 teenage kids, she lives with her parents no kids, my husband was unemployed at the time, the collection was for only $5 she said `I do not come to work to give money away`!!!! we all couldnt believe our ears , she is only 30 years old aswell, and she wonders why she cannot find true love !!!!!
