| | I intend to break through "shut down" "avoidance"
I see my biggest obstacle at this time as being avoidance or shutdown.
I know it is a psychological issue and I know where it comes from.
I hate it and it has interfered with my ability to have the life I envision for many years. In recent years it has taken on a whole new level. I am thankful to find places like to to open up and discuss my struggles and receive feedback for encouragers and from people who are experienced with overcoming
ButterflyWoman wrote about using intention to overcome emotional troubles. I am going to hold this intention and use Jeff Schwartz 4 steps until I break through.
I think Imay go back to focusing on the 11 week process. 11 weeks seems like a long time in some ways but in others it is incredibly short. I used this period earlier this year and had remarkable success. But this issue is a much greater obstacle for me. All the more reason to pull out all the guns.
Have any of you found help from Wayne Dyar's book or Adam the Dreamhealer's book on Intention?
