I combined 2 things: dropping gluten and finding the root cause of keeping on the weight.
I dropped gluten with a word from the doctor because my main reason for over eating is because I eat mostly what people feed me, and having a gluten 'allergy', from the doctor is the best way to get people to only feed me good stuff!!
Unfortunately, that by itself doesn't get rid of my weight. All my life my mom was like "you're fat cause of something that happened when you were 3, you're fat because of something that happened when you were 3!". I finally sat down and was like "when did I actually get fat? Oh, when I was 10 and visited grandparents who ate 'wrong' (candy, soda, etc). I dropped the connection with soda and dropped 20 pounds. Then I plateaued and checked a bunch more things from when I was 10 and dropped another 10 pounds.
