No worries, Sponge. Love is love, and if your friends love you, they'll still talk with you. I had similar issues some years ago, and it all works out for the best. They won't heed your advice, necessarily, and as mine do, they'll probably think you're 'out to lunch', but if they do, you can just tell them that at least you're enjoying your lunch.
I'm also with you on the suffering part. We've all gotta go through it to grow spiritually. It helps just to know that there are fellow sufferers.
