I know - it sounds crazy to eat in the bathroom or your bedroom so the only sensible solution is to install the mirror by the family dinner table!

We did this and I've noticed the change.

The first time it was weird and awkward and I was very awkward chewing with this big mirror there but after a few days I noticed that:

- I ate slower
- I chewed more carefully
- I got full sooner
- I made smarter decisions eating

Now - if only they had more mirrors at Cold Stone Creamery!

Surprise and impress, But i would like to appreciate you that you have change your weird habits. But i don't have so thanks for tip.
